Rob Rees
Rob has been coaching since 2010 and has been a competitive powerlifter since 2009, where he has won multiple English (2014 & 2018) and British (2012 & 2018) titles along with representing Great Britain on several occasions.
Coupled with a BSc in Strength & Conditioning and a background working in professional sports, Rob has a wealth of both academic and practical knowledge to draw on to help his clients.
Rob specialises in bespoke resistance training programs aimed at improving movement strength and efficiency, along with injury rehabilitation with a focus on lower back and shoulder rehab.
