Where is Physical Culture located?

Our Putney gym is located under the Arches, below the District Line between East Putney and Putney Bridge Underground Stations.

What are the operating hours?

We are open from Monday - Friday: 9:30 - 21:30, Saturday: 10:00 - 19:00 and Sunday: 10:00 - 14:30

Membership

What types of memberships do you offer?

We offer competitively priced gym memberships, including direct debit annual contracts, as well as flexible monthly memberships and weekend-only options. You can also choose between our single 1-1 personal training sessions and PT packages. 


How can I sign up for a membership?

You can sign up online through our website or visit us in person at the gym.


Are there any joining fees?

No, we do not charge any joining fees.

Facilities and Services

What facilities are available at Physical Culture?

We offer a 3000 sq feet fully equipped gym, showers and changing rooms. 

Do you offer personal training?

Yes, we offer personal training sessions with certified trainers. You can book a session through our website or at the gym.

Are there group classes available?

Yes, we offer strength training classes run by an experienced powerlifter or S&C Coach.

Health and Safety

What measures are you taking for health and safety?

We follow strict hygiene protocols, including regular cleaning and sanitizing of all equipment and facilities. Hand sanitisers are available throughout the gym, and we encourage members to wipe down equipment before and after use.

Is there a dress code?

Members are required to wear appropriate workout attire. Bare feet are not allowed, but socks are permissible for deadlifting at your own risk.

Payments and Policies

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers and online payments through our website. 

What is your cancellation policy?

No-contract Memberships can be cancelled with a 30-day notice, but some online membership options may be cancelled immediately. Please contact our team for more information or to process the cancellation.

Yes, there are ample parking bays surrounding the gym available for our members.

Is there Wi-Fi available?

Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi for our members.
